    Mia Lockhart, CMRP, RMT

    Mia is a Certified Matrix Repatterning®️ Practitioner, Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist, with over 25 years of manual practice experience. Her clinic is in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, focused in treating clients with concussions and pain from impact injuries.

    Mia is known for her strong hands, grounded energy, multiple years of training applied to helping thousands of clients alongside a keen intuitive sense that leads to effective treatments and lasting results.

    Mia’s grounded sensory approach facilitates nervous system healing and body matrix recalibration using proven pain release techniques, while therapeutically supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance, regulate stress patterns, and heal.

    Mia is fully certified as a Matrix Repatterning Practitioner using the Specialized Techniques to treat conditions such as CONCUSSIONS, back, neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, hip, knee and ankle pain, headaches, as well as numerous other functional conditions.

    Starting 2025, Mia is now offering Myndlift Neurofeedback Assessments and Brain Training as an additional treatment for Concussion Recovery and clients with Nervous System Dysregulation, ADHD, Anxiety and Chronic Pain.

    Mia has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada since 2001. Most treatments covered by Canadian Insurance Plans.

  • What is Matrix Repatterning?

    Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioners are able to precisely locate the source of the problem (primary restrictions), due to an electronic change in the cell structure, which accompanies the injury. Once this is identified, treatment, using gentle manual pressure is used to encourage the structures contributing to the condition, to return to a normal state of tone. By systematically releasing all of the layers of injury, which have accumulated over a lifetime, Matrix Repatterning can allow the entire body to be restored (repatterned) to optimal, pain-free function.
